In the District of Arkansas the Couple of the Year program is started and encouraged at the Chapter level. This recognition program is continued at the District level because of its importance. All Couple of the Year participants, whether they are involved in the District selection process or not, are recognized by this District for their contribution to the Family and Team atmosphere in GWRRA.
To facilitate the use of the program by the chapters in Arkansas, this page is provided for assistance. The Manual (Revised 9/08) for the GWRRA Couple of the Year program is available on the web at HERE. The requirements for participating in the COY program are also available through this page.

Chapter Directors are responsible for all of this paperwork being properly completed and delivered to the District COY Coordinator. The 2010 District COY selection will be held in May 2010 at the Arkansas District Rally.
